Continued support after your gallery is delivered—I’m always happy to help with printing, albums, or displaying your photographs.
You don't need to know how to pose. I'll guide you throughout the session with simple prompts and natural movement, while leaving plenty of room for genuine interactions to happen.
My goal isn't to create a collection of perfect poses. I want your photographs to feel like you—the way you laugh together, walk together, hold your children, and experience Tokyo together.
This package is designed for one household (up to 5 participants). Sessions with additional participants, multiple households, or extended families may require a custom quote.

Cherry Blossom Peak Season — March 20–April 11, 2027
A seasonal surcharge applies during the peak cherry blossom period:
Weekdays: +¥15,000
Weekends & Japanese holidays: +¥20,000
Returning Client Discount
As a thank-you for coming back to me, returning clients receive ¥5,000 off their next portrait session. This discount can also be applied during cherry blossom peak season.
Destination Photo Sessions
Photo sessions requiring more than 4 hours of round-trip travel have a minimum session length of 1.5 hours and start from ¥80,000. Additional travel fees and transportation expenses apply.
DELIVERY: You'll receive a small preview gallery within approximately one week after your session. Your complete gallery will be delivered within two weeks, although delivery times may vary slightly depending on the season and workload.
ADDITIONAL TIME: Additional coverage is available for ¥15,000 per 30 minutes.
If your session includes moving between locations, travel time will count toward your session time. To maximize photography time, I recommend choosing locations that are within walking distance of one another.
TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES: I typically travel to sessions by car. If parking is limited, particularly within central Tokyo, I may travel by public transportation instead.
Transportation expenses include actual travel costs (gas, tolls, parking fees, and/or public transportation fares) from my office to the meeting location. Estimates are available upon request and are calculated in ¥500 increments.
TRAVEL FEE (charged separately from transportation expenses)
More than 2 hours and up to 3 hours: ¥10,000
More than 3 hours and up to 4 hours: ¥20,000
More than 4 hours of round-trip travel: Please contact me for a custom quote. These sessions have a minimum session length of 1.5 hours and start from ¥80,000. Additional travel fees and transportation expenses apply.
BOOKING: To reserve your session, a signed agreement and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required.
Payment may be made by Square or bank transfer. Applicable transaction fees may apply. Reservations are not guaranteed until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.
FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your session.
Transportation expenses, parking fees, admission fees, and any other location-related expenses are not included in the session fee unless otherwise stated.
If you prefer to pay the remaining balance by Square (credit card) applicable transaction fees may apply.
RESCHEDULING REQUEST: Rescheduling due to inclement weather or illness is always welcome.
Please notify me as soon as possible. The new session date must take place within six months of the original booking date. If I am unavailable on the requested replacement date, the cancellation policy above will apply.
CANCELLATION: The booking retainer is non-refundable.
Cancellations made on the day of the session will be charged 100% of the session fee. Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred by the Photographer will also be charged.
EDITING: Professional color correction and artistic editing are included with every session.
Extensive retouching (such as detailed skin retouching, body reshaping, object removal, or composite editing) is not included unless otherwise agreed.
USAGE RIGHTS & COPYRIGHTS: All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of Miho Aikawa.
Clients receive a personal-use license for their delivered images, including printing, albums, holiday cards, personal gifts, and personal social media.
Commercial use, resale, publication, licensing, or alteration of images requires prior written permission.
Selected photographs may be used in Miho Aikawa's portfolio, website, blog, social media, exhibitions, educational materials, and other self-promotional purposes as outlined in the Model Release. Photographs will never be sold or licensed to third parties for commercial advertising without the Client's separate written consent.
STYLING: I love a natural, timeless look, so there’s no need for everyone to dress perfectly or match. Coordinated colors and complementary tones usually photograph beautifully, while keeping each person’s individual style helps the photos feel authentic to you.
If you'd like outfit advice, I'm always happy to help.
CHOOSING THE BEST TIME: For families with young children, I recommend scheduling your session outside of regular nap times so everyone is well rested.
Some locations can become quite busy depending on the time of day and season. I'll be happy to recommend the best start time based on your chosen location to help you enjoy beautiful light and a more relaxed experience.

ポーズが苦手でも大丈夫です
ポーズを考えてきていただく必要はありません。撮影中は、簡単な動きや自然な仕草を取り入れながら、リラックスして過ごしていただけるようこちらからご案内します。
その中で生まれる、ご家族やお二人の自然なやり取りや表情も大切にしながら撮影していきます。
私が目指しているのは、完璧なポーズを並べた写真集ではありません。
一緒に笑ったり、歩いたり、お子さまを抱きしめたり、共に過ごす時間そのものが感じられるような、「じぶんたちらしい」写真を残したいと思っています
このパッケージは、1世帯・5名様までを対象としています。追加の参加者、複数世帯での撮影、大家族での撮影をご希望の場合は、別途お見積もりとなる場合があります。
サプライズ・プロポーザル撮影：＋¥15,000
桜のピークシーズン — 2027年3月20日〜4月11日
桜の開花時期の中でも特に人気の高い期間は、ピークシーズン料金が適用されます。
平日：＋¥15,000
土日・祝日：＋¥20,000
リピーター割引
過去に私の撮影をご利用いただいたお客様には、次回のポートレート撮影を¥5,000 OFFでご利用いただけます。桜のピークシーズンにも適用可能です。
遠方での撮影
往復の移動時間が4時間を超える場所での撮影は、1.5時間以上の撮影を基本とし、¥80,000〜となります。別途、出張料金、交通費・移動にかかる実費をいただきます。
納品：撮影後約1週間以内に、プレビューとして数枚のお写真をお送りいたします。すべての編集が完了した写真は、通常2週間以内にオンラインギャラリーより納品いたします。繁忙期や撮影シーズンによっては納期が前後する場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
延長料金 ：30分ごと ¥15,000
七五三などで撮影時間の延長をご希望の場合や、撮影中に別のロケーションへ移動する場合は、移動時間も撮影時間に含まれます。撮影時間を有効にお使いいただくため、移動を伴う場合は近距離のロケーションをおすすめしております。
交通費：基本的には車で撮影場所へ伺いますが、都内など駐車が難しい場所では公共交通機関を利用する場合があります。
交通費は、ガソリン代・高速料金・駐車料金、または公共交通機関の実費を合算して算出いたします。ご住所をお知らせいただければ事前にお見積りいたします。交通費は500円単位で計算いたします。
出張料金（交通費別）
撮影場所までの往復移動時間に応じて、下記の出張料金を頂戴しております。往復2時間超〜3時間以内：¥10,000
往復3時間超〜4時間以内：¥20,000
往復4時間超：要相談。1.5時間以上の撮影を基本とし、¥80,000〜となり、別途出張費がかかります。詳しくはお問い合わせください。
ご予約について：ご予約の確定には、撮影同意書へのご署名および撮影料金の50％（予約金）のお支払いが必要です。
予約金のお支払いは、銀行振込またはSquare（クレジットカード決済・決済手数料3.75％）をご利用いただけます。振込手数料・決済手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
お支払い：残金は、撮影当日に現金でお支払いいただきます。
交通費、駐車料金、入場料、その他撮影場所に関連する費用は、別途ご負担いただきます（事前にご案内します）。残金のお支払いにSquare（クレジットカード）をご希望の場合は、所定の決済手数料がかかります。
リスケジュール：雨天や体調不良など、やむを得ない事情による日程変更にはできる限り対応いたしますので、お早めにご連絡ください。
変更後の撮影日は、当初の撮影予定日から6か月以内でお願いいたします。ご希望日にフォトグラファーのスケジュールが合わない場合は、キャンセル扱いとなり、上記キャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
キャンセル：予約金は返金いたしかねます。
撮影当日のキャンセルにつきましては、**撮影料金の100％**を申し受けます。また、キャンセル時点ですでに発生している交通費・施設利用料等の実費につきましてもご負担いただきます。
キャンセル料のお支払いは、銀行振込またはSquare（クレジットカード決済）をご利用いただけます。振込手数料・決済手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
写真の編集：すべてのお写真に色味や明るさなどの基本編集を施したうえで納品いたします。
細かな肌補正、体型補正、不要物の除去などの高度なレタッチは、別途お打ち合わせがない限り含まれておりません。編集内容はフォトグラファーの作品スタイルに基づき、適切な範囲で行います。
写真の使用について：撮影したすべての写真の著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、フォトグラファー Miho Aikawa に帰属します。
お客様は、納品した写真を写真プリント、アルバム作成、年賀状・ホリデーカード、個人的な贈り物、個人のSNSなど、私的利用の範囲でご自由にご利用いただけます。
フォトグラファーは、モデルリリースに基づき、作品紹介・ポートフォリオ・ウェブサイト・SNS・展示・出版物・教育資料など、自身の活動紹介を目的として写真を使用させていただく場合があります。
なお、お客様の事前の書面による承諾なく、第三者の商品・サービスの広告や宣伝を目的として写真を販売・ライセンス提供・提供することはありません。
商業利用、販売、出版、ライセンス提供、画像加工等をご希望の場合は、事前にご相談ください。
スタイリング：自然でタイムレスな雰囲気の写真が好きなので、全員が完璧にコーディネートしたり、お揃いの服装にする必要はありません。
色やトーンをほどよく合わせると写真全体にまとまりが出ますが、それぞれの個性や普段のスタイルを大切にすることで、より自然で「そのご家族らしい」写真になります。服装についてご相談があれば、いつでもお気軽にご相談ください。
おすすめの撮影時間：小さなお子様がいらっしゃる場合は、お昼寝の時間を避け、ご機嫌の良い時間帯での撮影をおすすめしております。
また、ロケーションによっては混雑を避けやすい時間帯や、美しい自然光で撮影できるおすすめの時間帯がありますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
七五三：神社でのご祈祷だけでなく、ご自宅でのお支度やご家族との準備風景から撮影することもおすすめしております。より自然で思い出深いお写真を残すことができますので、ご希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください。
